Day 29
This little girl gave her first talk in primary today:
We worked all week on it because I wanted her to be able to sign the talk.
Each member of our family had it down by the end of the week.
She had no fear or hesitation when she signed:
I can choose to be happy.
I can choose to be kind.
I can choose to be like Jesus.
Sweet, simple and everything I hope for this little 4 year-old girl.
Every child in the Primary wanted to sign with her, and we taught them the last line of her message.
It was special experience for me... knowing that just a year ago she would not have been able to sign or speak these simple phrases.
